Book 2: Clean Monday
Solomou 30's reputation for successful investigation of the kind of problems you don't take to the police is growing, yet even now the money for the common charges doesn't go round. Emma's theatre project for refugees gets funding and Reza reluctantly agrees to take part, but when a member of the cast disappears, they find themselves once more with a murder to solve, or else. Meanwhile, the new inhabitant of the basement apartment is hiding a secret that may just serve to expose them all.
